Being disabled and in my fifties I am well aware that even if the economy were roaring along, my chance of getting another job is slim. So I am also aware that in 1825 days, or 4 years 11 months and 30 days, I will be able to tap into my retirement funds, not that I want to. Knowing when I no longer have to fear being out of work , is something I should keep track of.

So I am walking from my car to my office this morning. In front of my building a female student, walking the other way, is talking on the phone. She announces loudly “I took a shower this morning and this is the first time I have done that before class…..all year!”
College students, ya gotta love them………………from a distance of course.

So last night I am sitting watching Dylan and Fast Money while eating dinner. Apparently something went down the wrong pipe and I had to cough to clear my throat. When I coughed the third and last time, Dylan said “I guess sometimes you have to clear the pipes”.
